Upon sighting the gorillas, you will stay with them for one unforgettable hour as they go about their daily life - so like us; resting, feeding, playing, mating, raising their young; always seemingly oblivious of our presence but definitely curious.

You will then hike back to base where your driver will be waiting to take you back to the lodge for a well-deserved shower and lunch or relaxation then dinner depending on time of return.

If time permits, enjoy an evening community walk around the local area and possibly meet the Batwa pygmy people who eke a life around the forest.
